Loans are originated by WebBank.
We partner with WebBank: a Utah-chartered, FDIC-insured industrial bank, to lend you money. They are the "Lender of Record." Moxie Money is a "Lender Service Provider" and we are the Technology & Service to help make this loan easier to obtain.
Think of it like this: We built the race car (the tech), but they provide the fuel (the capital) and the license to drive (the banking charter). This partnership gives you the speed of a fintech with the security of a regulated bank.

The boring (but important) stuff
Credit Approval: Just because you apply doesn't mean you're approved. We check credit, cash flow, and character. We have to follow SBA rules.
SBA Guarantee: The government backs the loan, but you are still responsible for paying it back.
Rates: We quote rates as low as Prime + 2.00% as the best rate. As the Prime Rate changes, we adjust the variable rate. If the Fed adjusts rates, our loan rate changes also.
Timelines: We say "fast," and we mean it. But "fast" for an SBA loan is normally 30-45 days.
No Guarantee: We can't promise you'll get funded until the money is in the bank. Don't spend it before you have it.
Your data is locked down
Bank-grade 256-bit encryption. SOC 2 compliant.
We do not sell your data. Ever. We aren't a lead gen farm. We are a Lender Service Provider. Your data stays with us and the bank.
